Reporting to a values driven and inspiring Chief HR Officer, this is a critical opportunity to design and deliver a new HR service delivery model that will increase capability, efficiency, and experience across a large and complex organisation.

Leading a team, you will be accountable for a range of strategic initiatives including:
- HR Transformation - Establish a future-ready HR service delivery model.
- Payroll Uplift Program - Deliver a strategic initiative to resolve payroll challenges and build sustainable, compliant processes.
- Digital Transformation - Lead a significant project around digital infrastructure to modernise HR systems and data capability.
- Time & Attendance Implementation - Oversee the selection, rollout, and successful implementation of a new organisational-wide time and attendance system.
- Reward System Enhancement - Lead the upgrade of Workday to streamline reward processes and enable greater operational efficiency.
You are a proven HR leader with a track record of delivering exceptional operational processes and digital transformation within large, complex, and industrial environments. You’re hands-on when needed, but always keep the bigger picture in sight. You will be pragmatic, emotionally intelligent, and highly collaborative. You will inspire confidence and bring people on the journey of change.
You will also bring:
- Significant experience managing payroll operations and HR service delivery.
- Strong background in implementing digital HR and payroll systems.
- Experience in organisations with complex wage remediation or large casual workforces.
- A practical, numerate mindset with the ability to “get into the detail.”
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
