As HR Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing People function. What You’ll Do
- Manage HR administration and data entry across systems (including a new HRIS platform - UKG)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
- Coordinate employment contracts rollout across all teams
- Assist Payroll with data accuracy and administrative tasks
- Support engagement initiatives and company events
- Be a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders across all levels
- Certificate IV or Diploma in HR, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR or Payroll administration (flexible)
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Values-driven and committed to confidentiality and integrity
- Genuine career growth into advisory or business partnering roles
- Supportive HR leadership and collaborative culture
- Exposure to both operational and strategic HR
- Hybrid working: 3 days in-office (Hallam) / 2 days from home
- Flexible hours (e.g. 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
