The Opportunity
This is an exciting and critical opportunity for a strategic Organisational Development professional to elevate the capability and performance of a highly successful ASX listed organisation.
Working closely with the General Manager, Talent and Organisational Development, you’ll be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of integrated capability and leadership strategies that directly enable commercial success and a high performance culture.
You will influence across senior leadership, business units and external partners to deliver bespoke, measurable development programs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on both strategic design and practical implementation, ensuring enterprise learning is embedded, outcomes are evidenced and frameworks are future facing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise wide capability and leadership programs
- Develop robust frameworks and tailored learning pathways aligned to business priorities and strategic ambition
- Embed learning solutions into role design, performance management, and career pathways, ensuring real-world and measurable impact
- Partner with senior leaders, People Business Partners and external vendors to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Govern third-party learning providers, ensuring consistency, quality and commercial value
- Use advanced data and learning analytics to evaluate, refine and report on program effectiveness
- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and proactive capability uplift
You are an established People & Culture professional with extensive experience in capability, learning and organisational development within large environments. You are as comfortable setting strategic direction as you are rolling up your sleeves to review, fix, or implement programs.
You bring:
- Proven expertise in building and delivering enterprise learning and leadership frameworks, underpinned by measurable results
- Commercial acumen with the ability to demonstrate ROI and link development initiatives to overall people and business strategy
- Depth of experience influencing and partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and vendor management skills
- Advanced knowledge of contemporary learning trends, digital platforms, and learning analytics
- High emotional intelligence, a continuous improvement mindset and a genuine passion for developing talent
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a business-related discipline
