About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, this multi-site based Senior HR Business Partner role combines operational delivery with strategic influence across a large, distributed workforce. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, operations, and People & Culture teams to strengthen leadership capability, build workforce engagement, and enable business performance. You will:

About the Role:

- Partner with operational leaders to implement people initiatives across workforce planning, capability, and engagement.
- Coach and support leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace culture.
- Contribute to enterprise agreement planning and employee consultation processes in collaboration with ER/IR specialists.
- Lead and embed HR programs covering talent, learning, and succession planning.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform workforce and leadership decisions.
- Drive inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement across multiple sites nationally.
You’re an experienced HR professional who thrives in dynamic, industrial environments. Pragmatic, commercially aware, and people-centred, you bring a blend of strategic perspective and operational know-how to every challenge. You communicate clearly, influence with integrity, and enjoy working collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups. You will bring:
- Demonstrated success in HR partnering or leadership roles within blue-collar cmmerical environments, such as manufacturing, transport, logistics, heavy industry, or industrial sectors.
- Strong grounding in employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, and leadership development.
- Experience in highly unionised commercial environments.
- Excellent influencing and coaching capability with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Willingness to travel to multi-sites, sometimes interstate as required within a hybrid working from home model.
- Tertiary qualifications.
