We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12‑month contract, supporting a network of manufacturing sites across Melbourne’s western suburbs. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role partnering closely with site leaders and senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
About the role
- Provide end‑to‑end HR support across multiple manufacturing sites
- Partner closely with site leaders on day‑to‑day people matters and broader workforce priorities
- Focus on employee and workplace relations, with a practical, on‑the‑ground approach
- Support bargaining and negotiation of multiple upcoming Enterprise Agreements
- Act as a key HR SME in the configuration and rollout of SuccessFactors
- Support change initiatives across sites, embedding practical and sustainable people outcomes
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in operational, industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong background in unionised settings, including enterprise bargaining
- Confident managing complex and sensitive ER/WR matters
- Experience supporting multi‑site or decentralised workforces
- Comfortable influencing and partnering with senior operational leaders
- HRIS experience beneficial (SuccessFactors advantageous)
- Pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable working in fast‑paced, changing environments
