This is a genuinely strategic role, working closely with senior leaders to shape people plans that directly influence business performance and long-term impact.
The opportunity
This role sits close to executive leadership and plays a key role in lifting the maturity of people partnering across the organisation. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor, helping leaders build capability, lead through change and drive performance, while bringing together specialist HR resources to deliver practical, integrated solutions.

- Driving engagement initiatives and meaningful action planning
- Coaching leaders to strengthen performance, accountability and change capability
- Managing complex people matters with a pragmatic, outcomes-led approach

- Proven ability to advise and challenge at executive / GM level
- Expertise across talent, leadership and organisational design
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Confidence using data and insights to shape decisions
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial judgement
