Jess is especially interested in running processes where all stakeholders feel heard and, in doing so, getting to understand the motivations of professionals across different areas of HR.

She’s most passionate about maintaining integrity and running great processes, with a focus on building genuine relationships and making great matches. Jess brings strong communication, empathy, and curiosity to her work. She loves meeting people, understanding what brings them joy in their roles, and learning what matters most to them in a role, team, and company.

Most don't know that I speak German quite well - I lived there for 2.5 years after university!
