Originally from Malaysia, Shen moved to the UK for her final two years of high school before relocating to Australia to pursue further studies. A recent graduate with a Master’s in Applied Psychology, Shen worked briefly in Market Research before transitioning into the HR space. She is interested in pursuing a career in HR Consulting and is passionate about helping organisations improve their HR effectiveness to ensure employees feel safe and heard.
