HR Generalist/TA Specialist
A hands-on HR and recruitment professional with broad exposure across HR operations, employee relations and end-to-end recruitment within large, complex organisations across Professional Services, Healthcare, Technology and Education. They bring strong contract readiness and the ability to step into fast-paced environments with minimal ramp-up. Their most recent assignment with Torrens University has seen them manage high-volume administrative work tied to graduation cycles, coordinating communications, documentation and records for a large graduate cohort. Prior to this, they built a solid HR foundation at Aon and KPMG, supporting workforces of 4,000+ employees across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, policy queries, sick leave management and employee relations support.
They have also delivered recruitment coordination and talent programs at Intel, including graduate hiring and senior international roles, alongside involvement in DE&I initiatives. They are commercially practical, detail-focused and comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managers and HR leadership.
