  • We’re partnering with a major global leader in marketing, media and customer experience, a business with more than 60,000 employees across 145+ countries and a strong APAC footprint.

    This newly created 12-month fixed-term role leads change activity across APAC, and is responsible for implementing organisational design, operating model and organisational effectiveness change initiatives. You will work closely with senior regional leaders, the APAC CPO and regional HRD’s to bring clarity, change planning and momentum within complex, dynamic markets.

    The Opportunity

    Reporting to an HR Director, in this role you will;
    • Develop and support organisational design and change strategies aligned to APAC’s transformation objectives.
    • Create a 12-month roadmap unlocking organisational effectiveness opportunities, and driving regional alignment.
    • Provide organisational design and transformation expertise to markets, uplifting HR capability along the way.
    • Build strong, influential relationships with APAC HR and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on organisational design.
    • Bring commercial insight and strategic thinking to ensure design translates into effective implementation on the ground.
    What You’ll Bring

    We’re seeking a strategic, pragmatic People & Culture professional with:
    • Demonstrated experience in both business and HR operating model design, organisational design, and enterprise-level transformation.
    • A proven track record of leading large-scale change in complex environments as part of a People & Culture function.
    • Experience gained within consulting firms and ideally, internal roles.
    • Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics: experience within the region highly regarded.
    • Exceptional stakeholder leadership, with the ability to influence, simplify and guide change at pace.
    • A hands-on, implementation-focused mindset, not just design expertise, but the ability to land change effectively.
