This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a more senior advisory role within a purpose-led higher education institution. As an Associate HR Business Partner, you’ll support a specific business unit portfolio and work closely with Senior HR Business Partners to deliver solutions on more complex or escalated matters.

You’ll play a key role in providing expert guidance across employee relations, performance, case management, and broader workforce initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone looking to work more strategically while still being deeply embedded in operational HR delivery.

You Will Bring:

• Significant experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or complex HR advisory roles
• A confident, solutions-focused approach to supporting senior stakeholders
• Strong capability in handling escalated performance, conduct, or grievance matters
• Ability to coach and influence managers through sensitive or high-risk issues
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and case management tools
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in higher education, government, or similarly structured environments is highly regarded
