The Role
As Associate Talent Partner
, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across sales and corporate portfolios, supporting both salaried and hourly hires. You’ll partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs, deliver proactive talent solutions, and act as a trusted advisor on market insights, process improvements, and recruitment best practice.
This role is hands-on, managing an average of 20 roles at any one time, and will also involve pre-hire administration and reporting. You’ll play a key part in embedding global talent acquisition processes while bringing a local lens to support ANZ operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and provide recruitment guidance.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment activities using SAP SuccessFactors .
- Providing regular recruitment updates, dashboards, and labour market insights.
- Attending careers fairs and industry events during peak periods.
- Collaborating closely with Centres of Excellence (Talent, Culture, Recruitment, Learning, Safety).
We’re looking for someone in the early stages of their career and who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll be solutions-focused, adaptable, and confident in balancing operational delivery with strategic input.
You’ll bring:
- Recruitment experience (in-house) across corporate and/or high-volume roles.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with ATS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors an advantage).
- Knowledge of DEI and EEO principles highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel domestically when required.
