The Opportunity

As Senior Change Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of high impact transformation while leading strategic change. You'll be the driving force for making complex change tangible while empowering teams to embrace innovation and championing a forward thinking, collaborative culture.

The Role 

• Lead major change initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Partner with stakeholders and senior leaders, coaching them to champion impactful change
• Design change management strategies that energise and engage employees at every level
• Develop bespoke plans for engagement, communication, training and sponsorship, making every step of change an experience, not just a process
• Lead from the front with workshops, training and capability programs, building a true change innovation hub across the organisation
• Set the pace by co-creating and embedding change management standards and frameworks

• You bring significant change management experience, ideally within retail, property, real estate or large-scale corporate transformation environments
• You will have extensive knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g PROSCI) and the curiosity to adapt
• Experience driving change within listed or complex organisations is highly regarded
• You will be driven by a passion for people development and a talent for sparking collaboration
