Client HR Consultant - People Transformation

Our client is a leading well-known national niche HR Consulting Company, who is seeking a values-driven, relationship-focused mid-to-senior level HR/OD professional to join their team specialising in organisational change and transformation. 

This unique role sits at the intersection of client strategy, human-centred consulting, and program coordination, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior HR leaders and executive decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market clients.

As a Client HR Consultant - People Transformation, you'll support workforce evolution through strategic guidance and tailored program delivery. You'll engage with diverse industries, design impactful solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes that genuinely support people through change. Our client offers a collaborative and mission-aligned environment where commercial performance and genuine care work hand in hand.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong senior HR or OD experience from within an inhouse capacity and ideally with external consulting. You wll have strong local experience and enjoy working with multiple clients, from large blue chip to SMEs, and able to partner with senior stakeholders including up to C-suite, and also HR teams. You'll have a track record of scoping and guiding delivery of people-focused programs in commercial settings.

Your highly developed interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and communication abilities will be essential, along with strong planning and coordination capability to ensure smooth execution. We're looking for someone with commercial acumen and a natural ability to identify opportunities for value and impact, coupled with a consultative, listening-first approach and the ability to deeply understand client needs.

Personal integrity is non-negotiable – you'll need strong ethics, discretion, and comfort dealing with sensitive matters. The role requires adaptability and willingness to switch between high-level strategy and detailed operational execution. A degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field is preferred.
