    The opportunity: As Culture & Capability Advisor, you will play a pivotal support role across the People team, working on a wide range of initiatives including learning and development, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, people analytics, onboarding and HR advisory.

    You'll coordinate internal training programs, contribute to DEI initiatives, support the recruitment process, and work closely with People Partners to deliver meaningful support to leaders and employees across the business. You'll also provide administrative support to senior leadership and play an important role in HR project work, making this an ideal position for someone looking to grow into a future People Partner role.

    This is a truly varied role where no two days are the same, offering broad exposure to all aspects of HR within a dynamic and collaborative team.

    You will bring:

    • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
    • Experience in a HR support, advisory or coordinator role, ideally in a complex or fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Proficiency across Microsoft Office, with exposure to HRIS, ATS or LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors)
    • A strong understanding of HR frameworks and policies, and the ability to manage competing priorities
    • A proactive, hands-on style with a passion for supporting others and learning through doing
