We are currently partnered with a progressive and transforming local government in a rapidly growing area in South-East Melbourne. The enterprise is transforming its People & Culture function following the appointment of a new Head Of, and is looking for support with Culture and Learning Management.
The Role
The Culture and Talent Management Lead will set the direction, create momentum and ensure coherence across culture, engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent Management. Following a recent carving out, you will be responsible for establishing clear frameworks, measures and rhythms to ensure that culture is a tangible focus across the organisation. As a Team Leader managing and upskilling a team of 3, you will be responsible for the delivery of:
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrable experience across both OD and Talent Management and will be clearly able to articulate both what initiatives they've been engaged in, but also how their involvement impacted the organisation where they worked.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong communication and an ability to collaborate and influence across the group. You are confident to proactively build relationships and presence in the business.
Previous experience in managing a small team is required.
Tertiary qualified, with on-going qualifications in HR will be viewed highly favourably.
Unfortunately this role is only available to those who are currently based in Australia and have unrestricted working rights.

- Improved employee experience across on-boarding, off-boarding and everything between.
- Uplifted Leadership and Capability Development
