    About the Role:
    We’re seeking a skilled and confident Employee Relations Consultant to become a key member of a dedicated ER team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners and leaders across the organisation, providing expert guidance on complex employee matters and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

    Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values trust, integrity, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a variety of ER cases including performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
    • Offer strategic and practical advice to HRBPs and leaders on ER policies, procedures, and industrial instruments.
    • Support leaders through probation reviews, performance discussions, and resolution conversations.
    • Prepare documentation and evidence to support ER outcomes and grievance processes.
    • Assist with responses to external bodies such as the Fair Work Commission (prior IR experience is helpful but not essential).
    • Maintain accurate records and case tracking to ensure consistency and compliance.
    About You
    You’re an experienced ER professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You'll bring: 
    • Proven expertise in employee relations case management, ideally within large or complex organisations.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence with credibility.
    • Confidence in navigating sensitive and challenging ER issues.
    • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
    • A genuine passion for employee relations and a desire to grow your career in this space.
