    Join a dynamic organisation undergoing significant transformation within the Financial Services space. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing Employee Relations team that plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience. 

    About the Role:
    We’re looking for a confident and experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a specialised team of ER professionals. This role will support HR Business Partners and leaders across the business with complex case management and employee relations advisory services.

    You’ll report to the Head of Employee Relations and be a part of a collaborative and close-knit team committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

    • Delivering end-to-end case management across a range of ER matters, including grievances, performance, disciplinary issues, and investigations.
    • Providing trusted advice to HRBPs and leaders on ER processes, policies, and Awards/Enterprise Agreements.
    • Support leaders through probation processes, performance conversations, and outcome discussions.
    • Prepare documentation and evidence for disciplinary outcomes and grievance resolutions.
    • Assist with responses to matters before the Fair Work Commission and other industrial tribunals (IR experience not essential).
    • Managing and tracking ER cases and supporting documentation.
    About You:
    • You'll bring strong experience in employee relations case management, ideally from a large, dynamic environment. 
    • Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Confidence in navigating complex ER issues and providing sound, pragmatic advice.
    • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in ER.
