    We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to join the People & Culture leadership team. Reporting to the Director of People, you will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, support managers in building capability, and influence positive change across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement ER frameworks, policies, and tools that ensure compliance with Australian industrial laws and awards.
    • Provide expert advice on performance management, conduct, grievances, and dispute resolution.
    • Coach and support managers to build capability in managing workplace issues.
    • Advise on workforce changes, restructures, and new initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
    • Monitor legislation and industrial instruments to identify risks and ensure best-practice compliance.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a high-performing People & Culture team.
    What You Will Bring:
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
    • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Experience in industrial or employee relations within a complex, dispersed workforce.
    • Cultural awareness and experience working with diverse teams, including remote and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, is highly valued.
