    The Role:
      
    As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a positive employee relations culture within the organisation and minimising organisational risks.
      
    You'll be responsible for driving employee relations initiatives, handling low level workplace investigations, and advising employees on key policies and procedures. The role encompasses managing less complex cases, with the opportunity to escalate more intricate cases to the Senior ER Advisors. You will handle employee queries and collaborate closely with the Senior ER team and Director.
      
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely advice on employment laws, policies, and industrial matters, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
    • Support managers in addressing employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure fair outcomes.
    • Implement changes in line with new enterprise bargaining agreements.
    • Contribute to the development of compliant employee relations policies and processes.
    • Build relationships with stakeholders for positive employee relations.
    • Create toolkits for management training on employee relations, promoting fair policy application.
    • Attend union forums to facilitate transparent discussions on organisational matters.
      
    About You:
    • Previous experience as an HR Advisor/ER Advisor
    • Excellent problem-solving skills – bring solutions to the table.
    • Advantageous if you have a background in Healthcare or a NFP.
    • Sound judgement and maturity to handle sensitive matters competently.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
