    About the role:

    Reporting into a brilliant HR Leader, this role offers exposure to a wide range of employee relations matters across a diverse workforce, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful work. You will be responsible for:

    • Manage employee relations cases, providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on ER matters, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions
    • Offering expert advice and professional guidance on staffing and industrial matters, including interpreting awards and other employment instruments relevant to the organisation
    • Coaching line managers on best practice 
    • Be the first point of contact for all general day-to-day HR enquiries
    • Provide advice and support on Policy interpretation
    About you:

    To be successful in this role you will bring the following: 
    • An enthusiastic and positive 'can do' attitude
    • Previous experience as an ER or HR Advisor 
    • High volume ER investigation & case management experience
    • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to influence as required
    • You will be someone who thrives working in larger organisations with the capacity to work within a fast-paced environment
    • Experience across Award Interpretation & Enterprise Agreements
    • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplines would be advantageous but not essential.
