    About the role:

    This role reports to a highly respected HR leader and offers exposure to a wide range of employee relations matters across a complex and varied workforce. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include:

    • Be the go-to advisor for ER cases—supporting managers and employees through performance, grievance, and disciplinary processes.
    • Provide clear, confident guidance on award interpretation and industrial instruments.
    • Coach leaders on best-practice people management and policy application.
    • Handle general HR queries with professionalism and care.
    • Help shape a fair and consistent workplace culture.
    About you:

    To be successful in this role you will bring the following: 
    • A proactive and enthusiastic approach with a genuine interest in employee relations
    • Experience in HR or ER advisory roles, ideally within large or fast-paced organisations
    • Strong ER case management and investigation skills
    • Confidence in interpreting employment instruments and navigating complex workforce issues
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
    • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field are desirable but not essential
