This role is pivotal in keeping the CPO’s busy calendar and priorities on track in a fast-moving, dynamic agency environment focused on marketing, media, and communications.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the CPO’s complex, multi-time-zone calendar with precision and flexibility
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics for the CPO and senior leaders
- Organise agendas, team meetings, leadership forums, and ensure smooth flow of communication
- Provide polished support for presentations and decks, including editing and formatting as needed
- Draft, review, and help manage light internal communications and talking points
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Partner closely with a high-needs, fast-paced executive, adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Manage core administrative tasks such as expense submissions, approvals, and operational support
- A seasoned EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment
- Exceptionally organised with a track record of managing competing priorities seamlessly
- Confident working autonomously and as a trusted partner to a busy leader
- Comfortable drafting and polishing presentations and communications
- Agile, adaptable, and solutions-oriented - able to pivot quickly without missing a beat
- Skilled at working across diverse stakeholders and regional teams
- Ideally, you bring some APAC or regional experience, but this is not essential
- Work at the centre of APAC’s HR function in a visible, impactful role within a globally renowned marketing services group
- Hybrid work flexibility based in Melbourne
