    About the Opportunity
    We’re seeking an experienced, highly proactive Executive Assistant to provide core, high-level support to the APAC Chief People Officer (CPO) during maternity leave. This role is pivotal in keeping the CPO’s busy calendar and priorities on track in a fast-moving, dynamic agency environment focused on marketing, media, and communications.

    What You’ll Do
    • Own and manage the CPO’s complex, multi-time-zone calendar with precision and flexibility
    • Coordinate all travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics for the CPO and senior leaders
    • Organise agendas, team meetings, leadership forums, and ensure smooth flow of communication
    • Provide polished support for presentations and decks, including editing and formatting as needed
    • Draft, review, and help manage light internal communications and talking points
    • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
    • Partner closely with a high-needs, fast-paced executive, adapting quickly to changing priorities
    • Manage core administrative tasks such as expense submissions, approvals, and operational support
    Who You Are
    • A seasoned EA with proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, creative, and client-focused environment
    • Exceptionally organised with a track record of managing competing priorities seamlessly
    • Confident working autonomously and as a trusted partner to a busy leader
    • Comfortable drafting and polishing presentations and communications
    • Agile, adaptable, and solutions-oriented - able to pivot quickly without missing a beat
    • Skilled at working across diverse stakeholders and regional teams
    • Ideally, you bring some APAC or regional experience, but this is not essential
