  • The Opportunity

    We are excited to partner with a leading Australian provider of integrated Technology Solutions supporting the hospitality industry with innovative technology platforms.  This is a standalone HR Role working closely with the Senior Leadership team.

    Backed by an Investment Management Firm and with access to People and Culture colleagues within the wider organisation, this business is on an exciting growth trajectory and it is expanding its team and technology to deliver exceptional service to customers across Australia, South East Asia and the UK.  They pride their business on their inclusive culture, team collaboration and integrity.  

    The Role

    Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy, driving cultural excellence, and supporting the rapid growth journey.  

    • Lead and develop the People & Culture function, aligning people strategies with the business objectives and values.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture
    • Oversee all HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning
    • A key focus on Organisational and Leadership Development as the organisation grows
    • Provide strategic advice to the CEO and executive team on organisational design, workforce planning, and change management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and best practices, managing HR-related risks and legal matters
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the business
    • Use HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve people practices
    About You  

    You will have proven experience in senior People & Culture leadership roles, ideally within technology, SaaS or hospitality.

    You will have demonstrated the ability to shape and lead organisational culture in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.  A strategic thinker with a hands on approach, you will be able to naturally drive both operational and transformational HR initiatives. 

    With strong knowledge of Australian employment law, HR best practices, and contemporary people strategies, you will also hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or related fields and postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded

    $150000 - $160000
