We’re partnering with an Australian brand seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to help elevate its People & Culture function. Known for its creativity and sustainability, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape an HR function. 
 About the Role:
 
Located in the heart of Sydney, this role offers the chance to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and deliver impactful HR strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience, driving operational excellence, and supporting the business through its next chapter of growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives
- Manage performance, employee relations, and offboarding processes
- Provide trusted HR advice to leaders and teams
- Optimise HRIS systems and improve operational workflows
- Drive strategic HR projects that support long-term business goals
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- 10+ years’ experience in a broad HR Generalist role
- A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities, especially with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
