The Opportunity
Leading a highly capable People & Culture team, you will be accountable for developing and implementing the People & Culture Strategy with a key focus on organisational culture, attraction/retention, engagement and values. You will also be responsible for the development and delivery of operational and strategic processes across the whole employee life cycle, including leadership development, performance management, career frameworks, recruitment and WH&S.
In partnership with the Executive Leadership Team, you will lead the People & Culture agenda that is closely aligned with the organisation’s overall business strategy. You will review, develop and implement strategic initiatives enhancing leadership capability, engagement and culture. You will be responsible for providing high quality and effective People & Culture advice whilst delivering value added service to leaders and employees in line with the overall business strategy.

What you will bring
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline with experience in a HR leadership role working in a blue-collar, industrial and customer service environment;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, natural capabilities to build trusted relationships and the ability to have difficult conversations with stakeholders whilst being compassionate;
- Prior experience leading a small team;
- Demonstrated experience working successfully with a diverse group of people;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently, be proactive and host an action-orientated attitude.
