    About the Role:
    As an HR Administrator, you will support a wide range of administrative and recruitment functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinating employment documentation including contracts, letters, and compliance checks.
    • Supporting recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, posting job ads, managing candidate communication, and updating records.
    • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
    • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
    • Maintaining accurate systems and records to ensure HR compliance.
    • Contributing to ad hoc projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
    About You:
    • You’re a highly organised and enthusiastic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, you enjoy supporting others and building positive relationships at all levels. Ideally, you have:
      • Previous experience in an HR administration role (experience in Education is a bonus).
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
      • A team-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
