About the Role:

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

• Provide HR subject matter expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
• Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Provide advice and support on Awards and Policy interpretation.
• Owning the onboarding experience for new starters. 
• Contribute to all employee lifecycle activities (including recruitment, employee relations, team development and performance management).
• Maintaining employment records
• Assisting with ad-hoc people projects.

• Previous experience as a HR Advisor or Senior HR Coordinator.
• Ideally 4-5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of employment laws.
• Experience with Performance Management/ Performance Improvement Plans. 
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience working within a similar blue/white collar environment is advantageous.
