About the Role:
As a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Head of People and Culture and play a key role as the go-to contact for all HR matters across the business. In this broad generalist role, you’ll support teams across all functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys making a meaningful impact across a growing, values-driven business.
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies, performance, and compliance.
- Manage onboarding, and employment contract processes.
- Coordinate payroll administration and maintain HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including employee relations, offboarding, and engagement initiatives.
- Champion company values and contribute to a positive, wellness-focused workplace culture.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (completed or in progress).
- 3 years’ experience in a HR Advisory role with exposure to payroll and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, modern awards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Technically proficient with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, and able to build strong relationships across all levels.
