ready to take ownership of their portfolio and partner closely with a supportive leadership team.
About the Business
For over 50 years, this Australian success story has been designing and manufacturing high-quality packaging solutions used across the country. What began as a foil-based product range has expanded to include innovative, sustainable materials like paperboard, pulp, and eco-parchment.
The business has grown through care, quality, and commitment. Many of their people have been with them for most of their careers, a true reflection of the positive, people-focused culture they’ve built.

You’ll have the autonomy to make things happen, the trust to work independently, and the support of a down-to-earth leadership team that values practical, solutions-focused HR.
We are open to hearing from you if you are open to working full-time hours or part-time (0.6).

- Supporting managers with performance conversations and documentation
- Coordinating annual reviews and capability development initiatives
- Partnering with payroll on employment changes and reporting
- Reviewing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance and relevance
- Handling day-to-day employee relations matters and low-level investigations
- Managing recruitment across both factory and corporate roles
- Supporting engagement activities such as town halls, wellness initiatives, and staff recognition events
You’re a capable and confident HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and building trusted relationships. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll bring:
- Solid generalist HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational setting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, “can-do” approach — someone who gets things done
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people
- The ability to balance compliance with care and practical business outcomes
- A trusted, autonomous role within a supportive leadership team
- A stable, people-first business with a strong sense of community
- Mentorship from an experienced, commercially savvy COO
