    About the Role
    We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide practical, responsive HR support to leaders and employees in a fast-paced, complex environment. Reporting to a HR Business Partner and supported by the Workplace Relations team, you will play a key role in ensuring managers are equipped to handle people processes effectively.

    This role requires someone who can balance advisory expertise with administrative excellence, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a structured HR team. You’ll also gain exposure to workforce initiatives, including the implementation of a new integrated HRIS next year.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Providing accurate, practical HR advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle.
    • Supporting leaders with interpreting and applying industrial instruments, enterprise agreements, policies, and legislation.
    • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative processes.
    • Assisting with employee relations matters and HR projects, including workforce planning and organisational development.
    • Maintaining HRIS data and contributing to process and system improvement initiatives.
    About You – Essential
    To succeed in this role, you must bring:
    • Proven experience in HR advisory or business partnering in a complex or highly regulated environment (public health, government, education, or similar).
    • Strong knowledge of industrial instruments and enterprise agreements.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure without compromising quality.
    • Capability to provide both administrative support and practical, solutions-focused HR advice.
    • Comfort and confidence working collaboratively within a structured HR team, supporting leaders and employees effectively.
