This is a true generalist HR role with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and coaching first-line leaders. You’ll work closely with the Business Partner's providing Tier 2 support across the full employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to broader HR projects and Centres of Excellence, including Talent, OD, Reward, and TA.
What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a true generalist HR role with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and coaching first-line leaders. You’ll work closely with the Business Partner's providing Tier 2 support across the full employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to broader HR projects and Centres of Excellence, including Talent, OD, Reward, and TA.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering Tier 2 HR support across ER, performance management, and coaching first-line leaders.
- Managing ER cases end-to-end, including low-complexity matters and more complex issues such as redundancies.
- Supporting the HRBP with projects and initiatives while gaining exposure to HR COEs.
- Operating in a transforming, fast-paced marketing environment, requiring sound judgment, critical thinking, and the confidence to challenge leaders when needed.
- Using Workday daily for case logging, reporting, and workforce insights.
- 3+ years’ HR generalist experience with strong ER and performance management exposure.
- Confident working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- Strong critical thinking, initiative, and ability to manage upwards.
- Able to manage multiple cases concurrently, prioritise effectively, and push back on senior stakeholders when necessary.
- Solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act.
