    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a large, well-established organisation within the construction, property and finance sector . With a strong reputation for quality, innovation and a people-first culture, this business is entering a period of growth and is seeking additional advisory support within its People team.

    About the Role
    Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner and working closely with a collaborative People team, you will provide hands-on HR advisory and operational support across a diverse employee population. This is a true generalist advisor role with exposure to both BAU case management and project work, and scope to evolve as future initiatives are defined.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • End-to-end case management (underperformance, disciplinary matters, exits)
    • Drafting HR documentation including letters and warnings
    • Supporting WorkCover claims and related processes
    • Assisting with business cases and HR reporting
    • Supporting performance review cycles
    • Monitoring leave liability for long-tenured employees
    • Partnering with HR and Talent teams on ad-hoc projects and upcoming People initiatives
    About You
    To be successful in this role, you will bring:
    • Proven HR advisory experience and confidence operating at advisor level
    • Strong knowledge of the Australian ER/IR landscape
    • Experience supporting both Award and non-Award employees
    • Solid case management experience, particularly underperformance matters
    • Strong reporting capability and Excel skills
    • A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to be hands-on
