About the Role:
This is an immediate start, initial 2-3 month contract opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into a critical operational hands on role working supporting a corproate, commercial qualified client group.
Operating within a matrixed environment, you will report to the HR Director, and partner closely with the corporate business unit leadership teams such as finance, IT, supply chain, and corporate services. You will be supported by global HR operations and CoE functions.
The position has been created to provide continuity following the departure of the previous incumbent and will focus on maintaining operational delivery, supporting leaders, and ensuring key people initiatives continue to progress.
You will be coaching and advising leaders on a range of HR initiative such as talent management, team effectiveness in a high touch, high-performance environment.
About You:
You are an experienced HR Business Partner who is confident stepping into established environments and quickly building credibility with senior stakeholders. You are comfortable operating autonomously and are known for being pragmatic, calm, and solutions focused.
You bring a strong generalist background and are equally comfortable providing advisory support while remaining hands on in delivery. You understand how to navigate complexity within large global, matrix, complex, commercial organisations.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a large or complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Experience supporting white collar corporate populations
- Capability in coaching leaders and supporting performance conversations
- Exposure to organisational design, talent, and succession planning
- Confidence working within matrixed and global environments
- System capability across platforms such as SuccessFactors or similar
- Ability to step in quickly with minimal handover and add immediate value
