About the role
Outstanding opportunity to join a well known, market leading retailer as part of their business partnering function supporting a critical corporate group.
Working closely with the Senior Business Partner, this role will support a broad leadership cohort leaning into driving work related to org design changes, resourcing plans, and workforce planning.
Supported by a robust COE model, this role will easily flex between an operational and strategic focus and understanding when to prioritise key pieces of work.
A varied end-to-end business partnering role, you will focus on upskilling and capability development within teams as well as driving improved engagement leveraging feedback and rich survey data.
About you
A HR Business Partner with proven experience in this space, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience within a medium to large HR environment as a HR Business Partner working as part of a broader COE.
- Ability and experience in partnering with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to use initiative and make decisions independently.
- Collaborative approach and able to work well within a team.
- Understanding of people metrics and ability to discuss the "why" behind them.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of how business decisions impact the bottom line.
