About the role

• Partner with and act as a trusted advisor to the Qld Exec and their leadership team, supporting them with a variety of people matters across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
• Deliver people solutions that support culture, engagement and performance.
• Flex between offering both operational and strategic outcomes.
• Lead cyclical HR events including remuneration review, performance and promotion.
• Work as part of a broader HR Business Partnering team to help evolve the HR function and its service offering.

• Ideally you will bring demonstrated background as a HR Business Partner within an operational environment.
• A trusted advisor, you will be able to exercise sound judgement, be a strong communicator and enjoy working in a team environment.
• Some exposure to working within a unionised environment would be advantageous.
• Bring a strength in coaching leaders and adapt to what they need, depending on their level of capability and confidence.
