This major Australian-owned, ASX-listed manufacturing business is a market leader in the Research & Development and distribution of a broad range of products supporting the agricultural sector nationally.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity where you will be responsible for supporting a diverse business portfolio across head office and regional sites in Victoria and NSW. Joining their national Business Partnering team and reporting to the Head of People, the HRBP will drive strong engagement with a broad range of stakeholders – including Executive members – managing an end-to-end generalist HR portfolio while also contributing and supporting national strategic people outcomes and projects.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Engagement with business stakeholders in the execution of operational and strategic outcomes in support of their national people strategy.
- Managing an end-to-end HR generalist portfolio – from recruitment through to talent, performance, culture and workplace relations.
- Support a continuous improvement culture, collaborating across the broader People function to create and drive efficiencies, build innovation and lead/support national people and commercial projects.
- With a growth agenda, you will support and coach key stakeholders through the upcoming change phase.
The HR Business Partner will have the opportunity to lead the engagement with stakeholders across a dedicated portfolio in the execution of people solutions to support a growing business. You will be enabled to work autonomously while also being able to contribute and grow within a collaborative environment.
We will be looking for:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or similar environments – where there is an emphasis on operational outcomes and a blue collar workforce
- Experience across the HR generalist discipline and comfortable in an end-to-end HR environment, including IR/ER, recruitment, talent, and culture. Ideally, demonstrated experience managing and/or supporting strategic people projects.
- Practical mindset and demonstrated experience in supporting people outcomes that align to business purpose and longer-term strategy
