HR Business Partner

We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join an established Supply Chain Logistics organisation based in South West Sydney.

About the Organisation:

Tandem Partners are thrilled to be partnering with a leader in supply chain logistics. They are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team in South West Sydney. In this role you will receive direct mentorship from a fantastic HR leader & team of HR Business Partners. As a HRBP you will be supporting a designated client group across the employee lifecycle, including activities related to employee relations, performance management, and other HR projects and initiatives.

About the Role:

As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Manage your own designated client group end to end (approximately 150 employees) 
• Providing day-to-day support to your client group across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes, including remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance appraisals
• Support leadership development and capability building initiatives
• Support the embedding of new HR initiatives across the organisation 
• Utilise the HRIS (Workday) to maintain accurate employee data
• Support & lead enterprise agreement negotiations 
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations and manage employee relations matters 

• Previous experience as a HRBP in a Blue collar workforce or unionised environment 
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience with enterprise agreement negotiations
• Passion for culture building and leadership development
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholders effectively
