About the Organisation:
We are partnering with a highly regarded Property organisation based in Sydney CBD. You will be joining a vibrant, high performing, & collaborative HR team, reporting into an inspiring HR leader.
Our client is seeking a dynamic, forward thinking and motivated HR Business Partner who is seeking a role that will offer diversity as a true HR Generalist. You will play a key role in delivering, driving, and consulting on a number of innovative HR offerings across the organisation, in a highly qualified, corporate and high performing environment.
About the Role:
As the P&C Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day support to your client group across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes, including remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance appraisals.
- Guiding the business leaders to improve and optimise change management and transformational change.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on best practices in people strategies, potential risks, issues, and emerging trends to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the enhancement of policies and procedures.
- Support and drive key People & Culture initiatives.
- Manage and drive the annual employee engagement survey process.
- Provide adhoc recruitment support.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Prior experience in a HR Business Partnering position within a corporate or professional services setting
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to business needs
- Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, engaged workplace
- You will have an exceptional level of personal impact, credibility and you will be excited about collaborating & sharing ideas, and your creativity is encouraged
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
