As a true Business Partner, you will be expected to consult with senior leaders at a strategic commercial level, while providing tactical HR support. Partnering with Partners and managers, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR including performance management, remuneration & reward, employee relations, change management, succession planning, talent management and project management.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Prior experience in Legal or Professional Services would be ideal;
- Technically sound HR skills with strong project management experience;
- Exceptional relationship and influencing skills across all levels;
- Ability to operate at a commercially strategic level as well as willingness to operate at the transactional level;
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
