Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a globally recognised hospitality brand, is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both head office and frontline staff.
About the Role
In this generalist HR role, you will play a key part in driving HR initiatives and providing support across the full employee life cycle. Working closely with leaders, you will provide guidance on employee relations matters, including ER case management and OH&S claims, while also leading policy updates, coaching, and capability building across the business. You will be involved in engagement, diversity projects, and cyclical P&C activities, such as remuneration and performance reviews. This role will require some interstate travel as needed.

The Role
- Providing P&C advice and support across head office and frontline staff
- Managing employee relations cases, including performance management and OH&S claims.
- Coaching leaders to enhance their people management skills.
- Leading and supporting projects focused on employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Driving annual remuneration reviews and performance review processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective P&C solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in an HR Business Partner or P&C Advisor role, ideally within a fast-paced multi-site environment.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, ER case management, and OH&S requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary Range:
$140000 - $160000
