Our client, a market leader in the industrial sector is seeking a strong HR Business Partner to join a collaborative team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands on, end to end HR Generalist seeking autonomy and ownership across a diverse client group.
About the Role:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- End to end case management of workplace investigations - from misconduct, performance management and grievances
- Managing a set client group; and supporting across all HR Generalist activity across the employee lifecycle
- Supporting & leading HR Projects/ delivery of strategic initiatives
- Provide advice and support on Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Policy interpretation
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement and retention
- Partner with leaders to manage organisational change and ensure smooth transitions during periods of transformation
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Extensive experience in a HR Business Partner role within a mixed or heavy blue collar workforce
- End to end experience across Employee Relations
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Change management experience/ coaching leaders through transformation
Salary Range:
$145000 - $180000
