  • Tandem Partners is recruiting an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner on behalf of a leading organisation in the manufacturing and sustainability sector. 

    This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement and growth.

    As the HR Business Partner, you’ll be the strategic advisor to senior leaders across a complex and fast-paced business unit. You’ll lead key people initiatives, support organisational change, and embed a culture of performance and engagement.  This role supports a client group of 1600 within this specific business unit and acts as a true partner to nine GMs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic people plans aligned with business goals
    • Lead annual HR processes including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compensation planning
    • Coach and mentor senior leaders on talent development, succession planning, and employee relations
    • Drive change initiatives such as site expansions, acquisitions, and restructures
    • Analyse and improve key people metrics to enhance workforce performance and engagement
    • Lead talent reviews and embed succession planning frameworks
    What You’ll Bring
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering within complex environments
    • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
    • Excellent analytical, coaching, and communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (postgraduate studies desirable)
