Brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced business partnering team during a period of significant change and growth.
Supporting dedicated customer groups, this role will provide end-to-end support across all facets of the employee lifecycle as well as being involved in key people programs and initiatives (including HRIS rollout and leadership development competency framework).
You will be able to lean into a well resourced COE structure, which includes a People Advisory function that looks after day-to-day queries which provides the capacity to partner closer with key stakeholders and flex between strategic and operational needs.
An upcoming HRIS implementation means that you will be able to get involved in this rollout and the subsequent change management involved.
We're ideally seeking someone with the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated background as a BP working within a COE environment.
- Ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders to help progress the people agenda.
- Involvement in key people projects with change management capability.
- Experience in supporting a unionised workforce and being able to effectively navigate this type of environment.
- Relationship driven approach and a strong team player.
