  • About the Organisation:

    Are you a hands-on HR professional looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced tech environment? This is a great opportunity to step into a HR Business Partner role based in Sydney, where you’ll be the HR Business Partner for a diverse and engaged team across Australia and New Zealand.

    In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering core HR activities that keep the business running smoothly—performance management, employee engagement, and line manager capability uplift. 

    About the Role:

    Based in Sydney CBD and reporting into a fantastic HR Leader, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

    • Deliver core HR programs including performance management, onboarding, and engagement
    • Partner with Sydney-based leaders to support day-to-day people needs and uplift line management capability
    • Collaborate with APAC HR colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment across the region
    • Use data and insights to support decision-making and track progress
    • Provide light-touch support to improve engagement in New Zealand
    • Maintain focus on operational HR delivery while contributing to broader initiatives. 
    About You:

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solving problems, and enabling leaders to take ownership of their teams. You’ll need to be confident working independently, comfortable with data, and able to build strong relationships across functions. 

    To be successful in this role you will bring:
    • Prior experience in a HR Business Partnering position within Tech, SaaS, or IT services industries
    • A practical, down-to-earth approach is essential
    • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
    • Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to business needs
    • Experience in a Global, Matrixed organisation is highly desired
    • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, engaged workplace
    • You will have an exceptional level of personal impact, credibility and you will be excited about collaborating & sharing ideas
    • Relevant Tertiary qualifications are highly desirable.
