Join a leading transport organisation as a proactive HR Business Partner with strong employee relations expertise. In this diverse role, you’ll partner with senior leaders while managing complex workplace matters, conducting investigations, and empowering managers to lead with confidence.
What you’ll do
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
- Manage sensitive ER matters from assessment to resolution
- Lead workplace investigations and provide actionable recommendations
- Coach and support managers on performance and behaviour issues
- Deliver leadership and people management training
- Drive key HR initiatives including performance and engagement programs
- Strong HR/ER experience, ideally in a partnering role
- Solid knowledge of Australian workplace laws
- Skilled in handling complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Confident, influential communicator at all levels
- Relevant qualifications in HR, Law, Psychology or related field
- Strategic and hands-on impact in a major organisation
- Supportive, collaborative HR team
- Flexible hybrid working
- Focus on service, safety, and people
