    This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary organisation with a footprint across Australia, known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. 

    About the Role:

    Reporting into the Executive Leadership team, this is not your average HR role. You’ll be embedded in the business, working closely with teams to: 

    • Lead the annual performance and development review process
    • Drive talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
    • Optimise HR operations and systems 
    • Manage employee relations, Fair Work matters, and safety incidents
    • Ensure compliance across HRIS, HSEQ audits, and regulatory frameworks
    • You’ll be a trusted advisor to the executive team, helping align people strategy with business goals and fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture
    • Support Payroll offshore. 
    About you: 

    We’re looking for someone who is:
    • Bright, sparky, and commercially minded
    • A natural coach and collaborator with strong partnering skills
    • Experienced (5+ years) in HR, ideally with exposure to design, construction, or project-based environments (However, this is not essential)
    • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Suite
    • Skilled in performance management, compliance, and employee engagement
    • Passionate about unlocking potential and driving business outcomes
