About the Organisation:
Tandem Partners are thrilled to be partnering a reputable organisation undergoing a period of change and transformation. Reporting into a fantastic HR Leader, you will have the opportunity to partner with a corporate client group across the entire employee lifecycle & deliver across some fantastic people initiates & exciting upcoming projects.
About the Role:
As the HR Business Partner, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day support to your client group across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes.
- Advise and support stakeholders in operationalising employee relations, career planning, grievance procedures, and compliance.
- Provide high quality, appropriate advice, seeking counsel from and/or escalating complex or high-risk matters to the Director of People & Culture.
- Support P&C Projects and deliver across the broader People & Culture strategy.
- Support across Data, reporting & enhancing systems.
To be successful for this opportunity you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplines would be advantageous.
- Ideally 4 + years’ experience in a similar HR Generalist role across the employee lifecycle.
- A highly organised and disciplined approach to work.
- Experience within a corporate setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to influence as required.
- A proactive, customer centric approach.
- Strong systems, Excel and HRIS experience.
