HR Business Partner

This is a great opportunity to join an ASX-listed Australian financial services firm as a key member of the People team.

As a true Business Partner, you will be expected to consult/create solutions at a strategic commercial level as well as provide tactical HR support. Partnering with a small cohort of business leaders you will develop effective working relationships, influencing senior executives in the development and delivery of the people agenda to support the business's growth strategy. 

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

• Technically sound HR skills across all disciplines including performance management, remuneration & reward, employee relations, change management, succession planning, talent management and project management;
• Exceptional relationship and influencing skills across all levels;
• Prior experience in financial or professional services would be ideal;
• Ability to operate at a commercially strategic level as well as willingness to operate at the transactional level
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
