About the Role:
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Provide HR subject matter expertise across the full employee lifecycle.
- Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Provide advice and support on Awards and Policy interpretation.
- Contribute to all employee lifecycle activities (including employee relations, team development and performance management).
- Maintaining HRIS/ Employee data.
- Assisting with ad-hoc people projects.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous HR experience within the Education sector is essential!
- Gravitas & resilience.
- A natural coach and collaborator with strong partnering skills.
- Strong Business Partnering toolkit - across ER & Award Interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Strong attention to detail!
