About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders supporting a client group of approximately 100 employees across multiple locations. This is a true generalist role with a strong focus on Organisational Design, End-to-End Recruitment and the Performance Lifecycle.
- Act as the primary HRBP for your client group, partnering with senior leadership.
- Deliver strategic and operational HR support across performance, talent, and organisational design.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a small number of roles.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decision-making.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to implement learning and development programs.
- Support change management initiatives and organisational design projects.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a corporate environment, ideally in FMCG, Consumer Goods or private equity-backed businesses.
- Strong capability in organisational design and change management.
- Comfortable with hands-on recruitment as part of a generalist role.
- Ability to work at pace, adapt to change, and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – confident, data-driven, and able to influence effectively.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems.
- Be part of a transformational journey in a fast-paced, evolving business.
- Work with senior leaders and influence organisational design at a strategic level.
