    We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with strong employee relations expertise to join a large and dynamic organisation. This is a role where you’ll partner closely with senior leaders, provide trusted advice on complex workplace matters, and deliver initiatives that enhance leadership capability and employee experience.

    You’ll take ownership of sensitive cases, lead investigations, and coach managers to handle people issues with skill and confidence. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in shaping culture, supporting performance and engagement programs, and ensuring people strategies are aligned with business objectives.

    What you’ll do
    • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
    • Manage sensitive ER/IR cases with consistency, fairness, and efficiency.
    • Lead and deliver workplace investigations, reporting, and recommendations.
    • Coach and empower managers to have effective performance and behaviour conversations.
    • Support leaders on complex HR projects with ER/IR implications.
    • Facilitate development programs in leadership, performance management, and workplace behaviour.
    • Lead the execution of annual people cycles (performance, engagement, talent).
    • Analyse people data to identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions to improve culture, retention, and employee experience.
    What you bring
    • Strong experience in HR/ER, ideally in a partnering role within a large or complex organisation.
    • Solid knowledge of Australian workplace laws.
    • Proven ability to manage investigations and complex employee relations matters.
    • Strong coaching and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Relevant qualifications in HR, Law, Psychology or related field.
